JD Kirchmeyer

CEO - Co-Founder

JD brings over 18 years of proven expertise in the chemicals and operations sector, with a career that spans the full lifecycle of oilfield chemical engineering—from drilling fluids to advanced completion chemistries. His leadership is rooted in a deep understanding of field performance, operational scalability, and strategic innovation, all of which have defined his career and continue to drive Vendetta’s success.

Before founding Vendetta Chemical Solutions, JD served as the driving force behind DrillChem, LLC, where he expanded the business into a multi-plant operation supported by a robust and highly skilled workforce. His tenure at Conquest as Product Service Line (PSL) Manager saw him play a key role in growing the chemical division within a large-scale energy services company. As a founding partner of Centurion Technologies, JD helped build a company from the ground up, creating a competitive niche in the specialty chemicals space.

At Vendetta, JD champions a vision that blends technical excellence with relentless execution. His leadership emphasizes agility, accountability, and a forward-thinking approach to fluid design and manufacturing. JD is also widely respected as a mentor, cultivating a team culture that prizes innovation, safety, and customer-first performance. Under his guidance, Vendetta is quickly emerging as a premier force in oilfield chemistry, capable of meeting today’s challenges while positioning itself for tomorrow’s demands.

Andrew Schumacher

CFO - Co-Founder

Andrew Schuacher is a seasoned energy professional with a unique blend of technical expertise, operational leadership, and strategic vision. With a B.Sc. in Petroleum Engineering and an Executive MBA in Energy, he brings both field-tested engineering knowledge and executive-level insight to his role at Vendetta Chemical Solutions.

Andrew began his career with hands-on engineering and well-site leadership roles at some of the industry's most respected names, including EQT, Tug Hill Operating, Gulfport Energy Corporation, and Anadarko Petroleum Corporation. As Completions Superintendent at Energen Resources, he played a key role in optimizing operations across the Permian Basin, directly contributing to the company’s positioning for major industry consolidation.

His talents extend beyond the engineering domain. As a co-founder of L. Schumacher Law, Andrew has provided valuable guidance on energy-related legal matters, bridging the gap between field operations and legal strategy. This diverse background empowers him to navigate the complex intersections of finance, regulation, and energy operations with precision.

At Vendetta, Andrew leads strategic investment planning while remaining deeply involved in product development and R&D initiatives. His approach is defined by a commitment to innovation, a focus on measurable performance, and an unwavering dedication to creating forward-thinking solutions for the oil and gas industry. Andrew’s multifaceted experience and leadership continue to shape Vendetta’s growth, pushing the company toward a more dynamic and resilient future.

Greg Slemp

Director

Mr. Gregory Slemp is a United States Army veteran, a former United States federal agent, and covert security operative, that has dedicated his +25-year career to ensuring the safety, security and training of individuals and organizations around the world.

With an extensive background in various special operations roles, Gregory  has undergone extensive specialized training in counterterrorism, surveillance, hostage rescue, anti-piracy operations, counter-sniper operations, high risk security tactics trainer, firearms instructor, and close protection, which has equipped him with the necessary knowledge and skills to excel in high threat security operations. Throughout all major global theaters, he was not a casual observer of events but actively participated in the activities of various disciplines and had the opportunity to judge their effectiveness in an asymmetric environment.

 

During his career, Gregory has undertaken assignments in various high-risk regions of the Middle East, Southwest Asia, and Central America, to include conflict zones, post-conflict environments, and areas affected by organized crime. He has provided close protection and training services to corporations, government agencies, various non-governmental organizations (NGOs), missionary organizations, and private individuals, demonstrating his ability to adapt to diverse contexts and effectively mitigate threats.

 

In addition to his operational expertise, Gregory is recognized for his exceptional crisis management skills. He has successfully coordinated the safe evacuation of personnel during critical incidents, managed hostage situations, personnel extractions, and facilitated the recovery of assets in challenging environments. His calm demeanor, decisive leadership, and ability to think strategically under pressure have earned him a reputation as a trusted professional in high threat security.
